1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By bringing your vehicle to Keller-Alliance Auto Repair or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
Keller-Alliance Auto Repair provides automotive repair and maintenance services including but not limited to:
- Transmission repair and replacement
- General automotive repair
- Diagnostic services
- Maintenance services
- Parts installation
3. ESTIMATES AND AUTHORIZATION
- All repair estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued
- Written authorization is required before work exceeding the original estimate by more than $100
- Emergency repairs may be performed without prior authorization if the vehicle poses a safety hazard
- Customer will be contacted for approval of additional work when possible
4. PAYMENT TERMS
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing
- We accept cash and major credit cards
- Unpaid accounts may be subject to collection procedures and additional fees or liens
5. WARRANTIES
- Parts: Manufacturer’s warranty applies to all new parts
- Labor: minimum 12-month/12,000-mile warranty on labor (whichever comes first)
- Used parts carry a 30-day warranty
- Warranty does not cover normal wear items or damage due to abuse or neglect
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Our liability is limited to the cost of repairs performed
- We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles
- We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages
- Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services
7. VEHICLE STORAGE
- Vehicles left over 30 days after completion of work may be subject to storage fees
- Abandoned vehicles may be disposed of according to Texas state law
- We are not responsible for vehicles damaged by weather, theft, or vandalism while on our premises
8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide accurate information about vehicle problems and history
- Remove personal items from vehicle before service
- Pay for services in a timely manner
- Notify us immediately of any concerns with completed work
9. PARTS AND MATERIALS
- We reserve the right to substitute parts of equal or better quality
- Customer-supplied parts are installed at customer’s risk with no warranty on the part
- Replaced parts become property of Keller-Alliance Auto Repair unless specifically requested by customer
10. DISPUTES
- Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Tarrant County, Texas
- Texas state law governs these terms
- Customer waives right to jury trial for disputes arising from these terms
11. PRIVACY
- Customer information is kept confidential and used only for business purposes
- We may contact customers regarding their vehicle service history and maintenance reminders
12. MODIFICATIONS
- These terms may be updated at any time
- Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms
- Current terms are always available at our facility
13. SEVERABILITY
- If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
